We collect information in several ways, depending on your relationship with us. This policy applies to three categories of individuals: visitors to our Site, our business Clients, and the customers of our Clients whose data we process on their behalf.

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to generate and manage communications with your customers on your behalf. This includes:
These automated systems operate based on the logic and parameters you define during onboarding and setup. While the AI generates responses, it does not make independent decisions outside of the scope of its programming. You, as our Client, are responsible for the configuration, oversight, and compliance of these automated communications, including ensuring that your customers have provided appropriate consent to receive them.
Conversations handled by our Voice AI or automated messaging systems may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, compliance, and service improvement purposes. You are responsible for disclosing this to your customers as required by applicable law.
By submitting a request through our website and providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related communications from BridgeUP, which may include phone calls, emails, and text (SMS) messages. SMS consent is collected through web forms on our website where users provide their phone number and affirmatively check a consent checkbox prior to submission. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
As our Client, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. You are responsible for obtaining proper, documented consent from your customers before initiating automated SMS messages or calls through our platform.
We do not share your personal information except in the limited circumstances described below.
